A positive bedtime routine and nightly preparation can help you avoid many sleep problems and behavioral issues in the later hours of the night. Are you still not sure if you have a nightly routine? We have provided a timeline and essential oil recommendations to help you start to create a schedule that will work for you.

Create Your Nightly Schedule with Aromatherapy Included

Essential oils for 3 hours before bedtime

When the day is turning into night, make sure you have completed all your daily tasks before bedtime. You can be less stressed about your responsibilities and spend more time relaxing and enjoying your beauty sleep by taking care of your work early in the morning. Clary Sage - Add 3-5 drops to your bath water for relaxation and stress reduction. Lavender - Massage tight muscles or overworked with Lavender and a carrier oil to get relief.
